Templates provide a baseline that the AI uses when generating notes. The AI will modify the template based on what was discussed in the encounter.
ROS Templates
Define your "normal" Review of Systems. The AI will modify based on patient-reported symptoms.
Physical Exam Templates
Set your default exam findings. The AI will update based on abnormalities discussed.
Visit Type Templates
Pre-built workflows for AWVs, sick visits, chronic disease follow-ups, etc.
Tip: Mark your most-used template in each category as "Default" for automatic selection.
